We've learned how product managers can drive innovation and create awesome products that both align with the vision and meet customer's needs. But some of us have been left wondering... how do I get buy-in to accomplish the vision?

The product roadmap is central to the product manager's role. It's the currency that can purchase executive support and the resources needed to accomplish the product vision. Come learn how to strategically build a roadmap that promises the greatest return to stakeholders. Whether you plan to work as a product manager, or in any product or tech-related role, this workshop will benefit you.

The workshop will be held April 4, from 5-6pm in W310 TNRB. John Epeneter, a Sr. Product Manager with over 20 years of industry experience, will teach techniques to manage a product roadmap and provide students the opportunity to get their feet wet with a mini-case. John is currently a Sr. Product Manager at Control4, a provider of home automation systems, and is experienced with product management in both software and electronics hardware.
